The Pastorate is made up of the Church Pastor and all ministers. It is headed by the Church Pastor. Ikoyi Baptist Church currently operates a multi-staff ministry model, made up of position for 1 (one) Church Pastor and 4 (four) Ministers. This model enables the Church to minister through the power of the Holy Spirit and meet the needs of the various expectation of its diverse membership.

The Church Pastor leads other Ministers in the day-to-day Ministry of equipping and empowering the members. The Ministers handle various ministries in the church. The Minister for Music handles the musical and other worship related assignments, while the Minister for Missions and Evangelism leads the Church in fulfilling its mandate of reaching the whole word with the Gospel of Christ.

The Children and Teenagers’ Minister takes care of the Children and Teenagers, while the Youths and Education Minister leads the educational arm that has to do with teaching and discipleship. The Pastoral Team is supported by the Diaconate.
